At Stenbak Design Associates, we develop and maintain a close relationship with you. Unlike general contractors, we give you an actual role in the process. This helps to create confidence and trust. We also are very flexible, moving through the entire process as quickly as you need it to go. In addition, unlike most "design/build" firms that farm-out the architectural plans, we provide this service to you. So when issues arise, we can address them at a moment's notice, often resolving them on the fly. During the pricing phase of the project, you can rest easy knowing that we will do whatever it takes to get the job done right and within budget. Contracts are in place. Sub contractors are all lined up. We are fully insured, and so are our subs. Equally important, we believe in open auditing. Which means that you always get the straight story from us, eliminating any surprises.
