Sandra LaRose, Vice President

Sandra brings over twenty years of practical business experience to Stenbak Design Associates.

Sandra began her career in the restaurant business as the manager of Molly Molloy's Restaurant in Bedford, NH. As manager, Sandra was responsible for all scheduling, established opening and closing procedures, and prepared employee timecards for payroll processing.

In 1992, Sandra joined Energy North Propane in Concord, NH, as a Customer Service/Emergency Dispatch Representative. During her tenure there, Sandra provided assistance in the Company's merger, scheduled appointments, handled payroll, and expedited all "911" situations.

Sandra's next opportunity came as Corporate Educator Coordinator/Customer Service Representative for Neka Salon Supply in Londonderry, NH. There, she developed and organized several training programs, and assisted in formatting a collections procedure for the company, which helped to reduce collections from a high 13% to a low nearly 3%.

In 2002, Sandra joined Stenbak Design Associates as the Business Manager and was recently promoted to Vice President In her current capacity, she oversees company financials, including A/R, A/P, P & L, and Balance Sheets. Sandra also prepares client contracts, which range from $500K to $3M, and interacts with clients, helping them to better understand the financials associated with each phase of the project. In addition, she handles processing all of the subcontractor/vendor payments, and assists Project Managers, ensuring that things run smoothly. Sandra's Human Resource duties at Stenbak Design include Payroll, Administration of the Company's 401(k) Plan, and overseeing Health and Dental Insurance for employees. She also has a hand in all of the firm's marketing.

Sandra earned two Associates Degrees from Hesser College in Manchester, NH - an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies, and one in Business Management. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.
